After all, she is the frontrunning star in one of the most heavily anticipated films of the year (it goes without saying), The Twilight Saga: New Moon.
New Moon's release is a little more than two months away, and the frenzy over its release is growing exponentially by the day. Perhaps it has something to do with the extraordinary footage fans have seen coming from the film, whether from Comic Con clips or trailers for the film. In fact, once more, fans were a-buzz about the return of Chris Weitz to take back the directorial helm with The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn, should it ever get made.
Stewart's planned appearance at this year's MTV Video Music Awards - which coincides with the official release of the newest trailer for New Moon - is not hurting matters either.
Neither is the fact that Stewart is presently filming the third portion of the Twilight saga film franchise, The Twilight Saga: Eclipse. From wigs to Volvos and concerts to street-walks, Kristen Stewart's name is topical in the news during her time in Vancouver on-set Eclipse.
Stewart only just wrapped filming The Runaways shortly before beginning Eclipse rehearsals - another prime example of her incredible work ethic - and her film Adventureland was recently released to DVD and Blu-Ray in the U.S. in August and to theaters in the United Kingdom this week.
Immediately following Stewart on the list of trending persons on IMDb are (in order starting with number two on the list) Megan Fox, Robert Pattinson, Christoph Waltz, Brad Pitt, Quentin Tarantino, Gerard Butler, Johnny Depp, Eli Roth, and Mila Kunis. Stewart's New Moon co-stars Taylor Lautner and Dakota Fanning came in at a decent fifteenth and sixteenth respectively, with other Twilight stars scattered through-out the listing.
