Rob needs his security..

This isn't some new development to us. This story isn't some grand epiphany. We all know the way Rob is hounded by fans, paps and media alike. Sometimes however, it is good to just read up on it. Most of you know by now, that we here at TwilightNinjas try to respect the privacy of the cast in the best ways possible. Sure, there are videos and pictures that could get us "hits", but we don't care about that. We care about bringing news that we actually care about. If there are readers who don't like that, then you can follow another blog. We try very hard to respect some of our favorite actors, while sometimes it just prove to be a very difficult task. We do everything in our power to keep from posting gossip mag scans, pap pictures, or things that scream "INVASION!". Take a quick look at this article..like I said, it isn't a new development.

 As one of the hottest leading men in Hollywood today Robert Pattinson has it rough. The tabloids are constantly making up harsh rumors about him along with his co stars. The paparazzi are always there with a camera in his face, and the fans scream wherever he goes. Not to mention the fact that his "rumored" relationship with 'Twilight' star, Kristen Stewart can't stay private.

So how does the 23 year old British hunk deal with all the stress? Security. Pattinson has had to make some major upgrades in his security team over the past year. After filming on the second installment of the "Twilight Saga, New Moon" wrapped, Rob went straight to New York to begin filming on 'Remember Me.'

While in New York Pattinson got a taste of how far fans can really go when a group of young women rushed him, grabbing at him and violating his personal space. He even got hit by a taxi cab in the city reportedly trying to escape the mass of fans trying to get a glimpse of him.

"I have all these security men who, whenever I'm going out of the building, I'm carried to places. I've never even heard anything." Rob told a Scottish newspaper.

But fans don't have to worry, Rob is determined not to let fame change him. Saying;

"I guess the whole thing is that you don't want to wake up one day and realize that you've turned into someone who you weren't before. And it wasn't your choice. That's the danger. And you can't get it back again. That's the only scary thing, but it's always really up to you. Most of the time you can control it to some degree."

It's gotten so bad that Pattinson says even his mother is starting to believe the rumors about him.

"My mom says, ‘I can't believe you did this', and I'm like, ‘I didn't do it', she's like, ‘yes you did, I know you did."
