Billy is known as Chief of Police in Forks, Charlie Swan in Twilight, Twilight Saga: new Moon (in theaters November 20, 2009) and Twilight Saga: Eclipse (filming now).
Other than the Twilight Saga, Billy has been in many other projects. Some of his most know roles have been in Fringe, The Grift, Untraceable, Ladder 49 and Fracture. Some of the TV shows that he has been in include Wonderland, The Closer, 24, Monk and Gilmore Girls.
His future projects are Highland Park (filming now), Shadow Play, Luster, Ticket Out, and Baby O. Most due out the end of this year or beginning of next year.

Billy always seems to steal the scenes he is in. I love him as Chief Swan. He has a great sense of humor and always willing to talk to his fans. Plus I have his iphone app and he is one cool dude.
