Twi-Cast Member of the Day

Today's cast member is one that I have been waiting for.  She is def one of my favorite cast members. It is the always lovely and talented...

ASHLEY GREENE!!!


Ashley got her big break playing the bubbly and talented Alice Cullen in Twilight, Twilight Saga: New Moon (in theaters November 20) and Twilight Saga: Eclipse (just wrapped filming, in theaters June 30, 2010).  She brought to life everyone's favorite vampire (other than Edward).  She portrays every girl's ideal best friend.  Ashley has been winning awards for her portrayal of Alice including a Teen Choice Award.


Before she was cast as Alice, Ashley had small parts in a few TV shows such as Shark, Crossing Jordan, and a 7 episode arc on Desire.  She even had a role on Ashton Kutcher's show Punk'd.  In her Punk'd  episode she helped punk Justin Long.


Up next for Ashley is Summer's Blood (which will be out on DVD this November).  Her other movies that are in post-preduction are Skateland, Radio Free Albemuth, and Warrior her movie with Kellan.  In Warrior she plays Kellan's love interest.

Ashley originally came to Hollywood to become a model but she was not tall enough so she took up acting.  Between roles before Twilight she was still modeling for different companies.  She is the face for StopStaring.com.  Ashley has also modeled for BuyHollywood.com (Nikki, Christian, and Kellan are also on this website) and many other products.  She has been in many photoshoots and ads.  Ashley moved out to LA from Jacksonville, FL after graduating from high school early at the age of 17.

I am a huge fan of Ashley, she seems like the best fit for Alice.  I would love to have her as my friend.  She is gorgeous and always looks great.  She has a bright future in the business, she is so talented.
