After two years of swooning over Robert Pattinson and Taylor Lautner, you must be ready for a new hot bod in the Twilight cast. And with the release of New Moon this Friday comes the introduction to Chaske Spencer — leader of the Wolf Pack.
Chaske confesses to us, “I had a girl find my phone number, and then my hotel. She crawled into my hotel room, and got in bed with me! But I declined,” he told us, laughing. ”Then I switched hotel rooms.”
Chaske says the female fans go to extremes to be part of the New Moon madness. “We would have girls camping out in the lobby [of the hotel in Vancouver].” One fan even fainted when she saw Chaske! ”It was strange,” he says. ”Immediately I wanted to go help her but security pulled me back and wouldn’t let me.”
Outside of Vancouver, Chaske says he goes mostly unrecognized. ”I’m fine in L.A. or New York …. But ask me again in a few weeks after the movie comes out!
