Yes he does. I bet he sounds sexy talking in French too.....*sighs*.....
ANYWHO!! Thanks to popsugar, we have some really awesome photos of Rob leaving the hotel in France today. Looking gorgeous(as usual), but he is even more gorgeous when he is smiling.
