About Variety’s Power of Youth – Encouraging the next generation of entertainers to support philanthropic and humanitarian causes and use their positions in popular culture to inspire their fans to do the same.
Since its launch in 2007, the initiative has generated more than $800,000 for charity thanks to the involvement of young stars such as The Jonas Brothers, Miley Cyrus and Selena Gomez. This year, we are thrilled to have LA’s BEST and Starlight Children’s Foundation as our beneficiaries.

Lunch with Twilight : New Moon Star Kellan Lutz

Twilight (and now its sequel, New Moon, along with Eclipse, already in production) have been among the most anticipated films in Hollywood history. Now you and two friends can meet one of the stars of all three movies, Kellan Lutz, the creepily “perfect” ‘Emmett Cullen.’ You’ll lunch at a popular Los Angeles eatery while peppering Kellan with questions about his career (he’s simultaneously appearing on the new 90210) and the series that have made him a household name.

The Details:

• Winner and two (2) guests may participate.
• Experience must take place within three (3) months (90 days) of purchase.
• Experience will last approximately one (1) to two (2) hours.
• Experience will take place in the Los Angeles, California, area (exact location TBD).
• Should unforeseen circumstances prevent fulfillment, every attempt will be made to reschedule.
• Participants may bring items to be autographed.
• Personal photography is permitted
• No merchandise is included
• No travel or accommodations are included.
• A background check may be required for the winner and guest. If the winner or guest fails the background check, they forfeit the prize. Please bid accordingly. Valid ID will be required in order to gain access. This experience is NON-TRANSFERABLE and may not be resold; only the winner and guest may participate. However, the package may be purchased as a gift. Once the experience date is confirmed, the winner may not change the date.
