Give Blood

Rachelle took the time out of her day to try and help the Red Cross.  After the devistating Earthquake that hi Haiti, there is a huge need for as much help as possible.  With that in mind Rachelle donated blood.  It is a great thing to do if you are eligible to donate (there are age, weight and health limit) but you can find out if you are able to donate at http://www.redcrossblood.org/donating-blood.
