A new found Robert Pattinson?

Robert Pattinson has always been known to be a little camera shy when it come to dealing with his overbearing popularity, but we’re starting to see a new, more open side of RPatz. With the release of a new film and an improved sentiment toward the media, we are overwhelmed with glee as to what Robert has in store for us this year.

Fans no longer have to wait in anticipation for the third instalment of the Twilight Saga to catch everyone’s favourite vampire on the big screen as Robert Pattinson will be releasing his newest film, “Remember me” in a few weeks.
"Remember me" is a romantic drama in which Robert Pattinson plays ‘Tyler’, a rebellious New Yorker who doesn’t have the best rapport with his father (Pierce Brosnan) after dealing with a family tragedy. Just when he thinks that no one understands him, Tyler unexpectedly meets Ally (Emilie de Ravin). With the help of Ally, Tyler learns to face his inner demons and live each day as if it was the last. The film depicts a young man who learns the hard way that opening up can be therapy in itself.
It seems Robert Pattinson has learned a thing or two from “Remember Me” in regards to revealing himself. In the latest March issue of Details Magazine, Robert throws back a few beers with screenwriter Jenny Lumet and bares all in uninhibited interview. He talks sex, relationships, french fries and everything in between. Director, Allen Coulter reveals to Lumet that during the shooting of “Remember Me”, Rob did bare himself:"It was about control, for him, in the beginning. But he wanted forward motion more than he wanted to protect himself. Really brave—especially for a young guy with a big target on his back."
Robert also makes some surprising comments about his allergy towards a certain female anatomy; we wouldn’t be surprised if all those beers influenced his willingness to share. Whatever the means, sharing is caring, Rob.
It may not come as a surprise that Robert hasn't always been a fan of his media spotlight. Understanding very well the strains of Hollywood attention, Robert’s on-screen father, Pierce Brosnan shared some light on how to deal with the spotlight. In this March issue of Vogue, Robert recalls an outing with Pierce:
"Everybody knows where everybody is. The Twitter thing is unbelievable. I went out a couple of times with Pierce. He's totally recognizable, and he makes no effort to tone it down. Some people were glancing over at us in the restaurant, and he just went over and introduced himself. And it does work. It dissipates all the attention."
We’re hoping if/when we bump into Rpatz, he’ll take a cue from Pierce and shoot us a “hello”. From what it appears, Robert Pattison wont be as closed off as before as he now understands that we all love him and it wouldn’t hurt to share a little bit of himself every now and again.
