You’ve probably heard the news that fashion designer Alexander McQueen passed away today. Alexander McQueen was a revolutionary and unique designer that loved to play with fashion and create art, not just beautiful clothes. Here’s his connection with Twilight: he was the man behind Kristen’s dress worn in the famous Harper’s Bazaar pictorial:
A lot of fans found this dress a little extravagant and different, but that was really what Alexander loved to do: create new looks, unique pieces of clothing, things that we were not used to see. Those haute-couture pieces looked great in dramatic photoshoots, such as the one above (click to view in full size). Kristen responded to that and liked his style, as she worse his designs in other occasions.
