Meet Kristen Stewart…the 19 year old who seems to be never going out of her energy and doesn’t seem to be scared to try her hands in various fields. The girl who started as a thirteen year old diabetic in Panic Room made her first mark as an actress in Twilight. And since then there was no looking back.
But one would be wrong to think that Twilight made her the “Kristen Stewart” whom we know as the BAFTA winner of the Rising Star award. There are much beyond that for KStew and she is determined to prove it.
“The Runaway” is the name of her latest celluloid venture that opened on 19th March. Kris has shown off a completely new avatar of hers in the movie. The innocent teenager of Twilight was lost behind the rawer Joan Jett. Though the movie has run just a day or two, the reception has been very well and much credit for it goes to Stewart.
Kristen didn’t just face the reporters and posed for the red carpet for her film, but also showered words of admiration for the film and the team along with the details of the plot and behind the camera stuffs!

As per reports from MTV, Kristen Stewart squeezed out time to be the rock critic at Stubb’s to attend the gig by the indie-group Band of Horses/Broken Social Scene. It was one of the biggest Thursday night show at SXSW and undoubtedly one of the popular ones. Kristen encouraged the crowd promoting for her favorite band “Band of Horses”.
Dakota Fanning was also there to accompany her costar and best friend Stewart and of course to watch the show. She left early but KStew stayed back to watch theBroken Social Scene.
Kris told later that she would love to catch Broken Bells, Radiohead and Interpol at SXSW anytime in future.
