Pattinson makes a scene and heckles musician friend and Twilight soundtracker Marcus Foster.
"Play some Bobby Long!" This is what Robert Pattinson is said to have been shouting at his friend Marcus Foster during Foster's gig Thursday night in London. While Rob has to go undercover when he sees friends play out in the States, he can be himself at home in London...and it sounds like he gave Marcus Foster a hilariously brutal time.
Foster's show was at the old-school Pigalle Club in Picadilly on Thursday night. Robert Pattinson is said to have shown up with some other friends and yelled at Foster to play something by Bobby Longwhile he was onstage.
Marcus Foster and Bobby Long penned the track "Let Me Sign" on the Twilight soudtrack, and they, along with Tom Sturridge and Robert Pattinson, form the clique increasingly known as "The Brit Pack." The four early-twenties English lads went to school together and have all boosted each others' careers with appearances, gigs, and loads of publicity.
So when Robert Pattinson tells Marcus Foster to play some Bobby Long (can you keep it all straight?!), it's all in good fun...and it's good for everybody's careers. (Here it's worth noting that we'll be meeting Bobby Long this Monday night when he plays the Mercury Lounge in New York City. Stay with LimeLife for the interview and inner Brit Pack scoop.)
Meanwhile what's Kristen Stewart still doing in the States? She's ramping up publicity for The Runaways release on March 19. Check out how gorgeous she looked on the red carpet at the premiere in L.A. on Thursday, while Rob was out causing trouble in London. (As we've told you, he's there to film his orgy for Bel Ami. Seriously! Pop the Kristen Stewart link to read up.)
