Kim Kardashian cozies to Kristen Stewart at Elle, A/X bash

We knew she held a soft spot for Justin Bieber, but Kim Kardashian also showed some economy for other young stars -- like Kristen Stewart -- in Los Angeles on Tuesday night.

Kardashian hit Elle magazine and Armani Exchange's Disco Glam party at the A/X boutique in West Hollywood, where she perused the current Elle issue featuring Robert Pattinson's on-screen love. 

Gabrielle Union, Rachel Zoe, Kelly Osbourne andShannen Doherty turned up to toast the summer's disco-inspired collection, hosted by the mag's creative directorJoe Zee.

Svedka cocktails flowed for the likes of  Keri Hilson, Eva Amurri, Lydia Hearst and "Brothers & Sisters" hunk Gilles Marini, followed by a performance from electro-pop groupDragonette.

Kardashian made headlines this week by coming clean about her botox use, insisting it was the only cosmetic touch-up she's had. You can see her tresnatural body in a revealing bikini spread that hit stands this week.
