Nikki loves playing Rosalie Cullen, but she’d never want to be like her — because she doesn’t want to live forever!
Nikki Reed adores her Twilight family, but she has no desire to be a real life Cullen, because she tells us she’d never want to live forever!
“I would never want to be immortal. I’d never want to live forever,” our 21-year-old Superstar In The Making winner told HollywoodLife.com exclusively at our Young Hollywood AwardsMay 13. “[Rosalie] has the same answer I do. She can’t do anything about it and I can’t either.” She added, “Part of the excitement of life is knowing there’s going to be an end at some point. Not that I’m excited to die — I’m not, I’m really afraid of death — but if you could live forever there woudlnt’ be any pressure to accomplish or achieve anything.”
These words come from a 21-year-old who is currently starring in one of the biggest film franchises in history AND wrote the award winning screenplay for the film Thirteen when she herself was just a teenager. What more could Nikki possibly want to accomplish?
“I want to direct,” she told us. ” I’m working on the idea of writing a novel and there’s a lot of [other] things I want to do this year.”
