Twi-Cast member of the day

I just love this pic, Charlie is hilarious...a great guy to follow on Twitter (LOVE the Q&As he has sometimes). I also picked him because today is Rachel's Birthday (5/8) and he is one of if not her favorite cast member (I think Charlie out weighs Rob at times for her). Happy Birthday Rachel
