2 "WTTR" international release dates

I found two posts on IMDb which says something about the release dates from France and Norway.
I checked some movie sites and, as it seems, we have the first two release dates:

Norway: September 24
France: November 3

I know that not many here actually live in these countries, but I thought it gives us a hint for when about the movie will come out in the US or UK or Germany.
