FRESH-faced Twilight beauty Kristen Stewart was a vision in a daring leather canary yellow mini in Sydney this week - but it's her natural glow that has made her one of the summer's beauty icons.
The teenager is not your typical polished Hollywood starlet, and yet no gal has bagged more column inches than then pretty star of late. We just love her natural quirkiness and youthful, edgy approach to the red carpet.
Check out these easy steps to recreate Kristen's latest day and night looks and maybe bag yourself a dreamy R-Patz in the process!
DAY: Kristen's day look is all about flawless, fresh-faced, natural beauty and less about makeup.
1. Polish skin to banish winter-weary complexions and any unwelcome skin-nasties like dead cells and flaky patches. Burt's Bees Citrus Facial Scrub (EUR12) will leave your complexion so smooth, clear and sparkling that even Kristen herself would covet it.
2. Note Kristen favours a dewy finish rather than matte when it comes to her coverage. Achieve a fresh-faced glow la K-Stew with Clinique Dewy Smooth foundation (EUR28). What's more, the enhanced anti-ageing formula can only help us look like a teenager, right? 3. Kristen simply adds a kiss of rose-bud pink to the apples of her cheeks for a natural rosy flush. Bourjois' classic Little Pot of Blusher in Rose Frisson (EUR11) is perfect - simply smile and apply the blush on to the fullest part of your cheekbones with circular movements for an identical finish.
4. Kristen uses natural shadow shades to enhance her eyes and create a flawless canvas for some nifty liner work. Paul & Joe's new Honeysuckle shadow (EUR19.50) creates the perfect base - smooth the lighter shade all over the lid and right up to your brow bone, then use the darker shade in the crease to enhance your natural shape.
5. Next, using Bobbi Brown's Creamy Eye Pencil in Hunter (EUR20.70) - a forest green hue - draw a thick pencil line around your upper and lower lash line, then use the smudger to soften.
6. We're a sucker for a perfectly groomed set of brows and Kristen's brows certainly 'wow'. Polish yours up with our favourite brow pencil ever from MAC (EUR23).
7. K-Stew is not a big lippy fan - so take a leaf out of her style book and invest in a glossy balm with a natural finish. Clarin's Colour Quench Balm in Rosewood (EUR19) leaves your lips irresistibly soft while enhancing and warming their natural shade.
8. Finish with a slick of an on-trend yet natural, mushroom hue from beauty giants Chanel. Following on from their sell-out Jade shade from 2009, the latest must-have Particulire is oh-so Kristen.
The teenager glides easily from day to night. Focus on the eyes and that subtle glow and you'll bag your very own Edward in no time.
9. Kristen keeps her skin looking fresh and glowy with a radiance- enhancing foundation - Chanel's Teint Innocence compact is perfect for leaving skin luminous without compromising on coverage. Plus, the compact will look oh-so chic in your party clutch (EUR42).
10. Notice how Kristen's enhances her complexion with a little subtle bronze and shimmer along her nose, cheekbones and temples. A light dusting of Rimmel London Sunshimmer Natural Bronzer will create an identical effect (EUR9.50).
11. Again, Kristen keeps her shadows simple, focusing more on dramatic liner. We love Nars Day and Night Palette (EUR45) -the lighter three shades are perfect for copying Kristen's look but, if you're not brave enough to go so bare come night-time, add a smudge of the more dark and moody hues to really up the drama..
12. The most vital component of Kristen's evening look - eyeliner. Use a liquid liner to create a strong, defined flick la K- Stew. Rest your elbow on a flat surface and draw a strong liner ALL around your eyes, ending with a subtle flick in the outer corner. Dior's Style Liner in Black (EUR29) is one of our favourites.
13. Finish with a carefree slick of black mascara.
Don't go overboard with the layering - Kristen's evening look is more about liner than lashes. Maybelline's Great Lash Mascara (EUR11) is a Beauty Editor's favourite the world over for a reason.
