VMA VIDEO: KATY PERRY GETS MISTY EYED, JUSTIN BIEBER ON KIM K., ASHLEY GREENE TALKS 'TWILIGHT'

"I got some of these made for today, since my hubby can't be here," said Katy Perry, referring to the likeness of her beau (Russell Brand), which she had painted on her fingernails. The singer was teary-eyed being at the event where she first met Russell last year, but Katy explained that her watery eyes were merely symptoms of a cold that she was battling.
Next, it was time to talk Kim K. with the 16-year-old phenomJustin Bieber. "Kim Kardashian is really nice," Bieber told Cojo. "And she's really hot."
Continuing on the topic of Bieber, Usher described his protégé's style as "organic" and said that he did not feel especially burdened with responsibility in regards to shaping the young pop star's career.
Cojo also had a chat with another young talent -- Selena Gomez. "I like to play music," Selena told Cojo when asked how she relaxes on the day of an award show.
And 'Twilight' star Ashley Greene revealed that she's excited to begin shooting the new installment of the series. She expects to begin filming over the next couple of months.

COJO'S BEST AND WORST DRESSED LIST FROM VMAS WHITE CARPET
ET's Steven "Cojo" Cojocaru counts down his list of the Best and Worst Dressed celebrities from the 2010 MTV Video Music Awards.
Number five on the best dressed may surprise some. Cojo gave "Jersey Shore" star Jenni "JWoww" Farley the title, saying of her look, "She disinfected, she vacuumed, she schellacked, she exfoliated and voila! A pared down, sleek JWoww." Cojo was very impressed with "Modern Family" actress Sofia Vergara who he referred to as "liquid lava" in her Dolce & Gabbana dress.
Coming in at No. 3 was 'Twilight' darling Ashley Greene inGiambattista Valli, and in at No. 2 was the woman of the evening, Lady Gaga. "I love the look, I love the wig. It was regal, it was majestic, it was snobby. She owned the [white] carpet," Cojo said of the pop star's style.
Meanwhile, Ke$ha and "Jersey Shore" star Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi tied Cojo's worst dressed list. Cojo confessed to the reality star, "Snooki baby that dress, there were lumps and bumps and things sticking out of there."
