Moviefone 25 Under 25: 2010

25 Under 25: Hollywood's Hottest Young Stars (2010)

They're young, they're talented, they're incredibly wealthy ... and they aren't old enough to rent a car at the regular rate.

Welcome to Moviefone's annual 25 Under 25 list, naming the hottest, most successful, most promising young stars in Hollywood today.

From the 'Harry Potter' trio to the 'Twilight' kids, from the youngest (11) to the oldest (24), this list is full of established and upcoming talent. Some of our picks, despite their
youth, are veterans with several movies under their belts (Shia LaBeoufKristen Stewart), while others are just starting out (Jaden SmithHailee Steinfeld). We even have three Emmas -- take note, prospective parents trying to think of names.

Check out our list below, or click on the thumbnails to see our photo gallery (when we say "hot," we don't JUST mean their careers) and to find out why they were chosen.

For the first time, Moviefone is partnering with the People's Choice Awards to give one young actor this year's Favorite Movie Actor Under 25 award. Head over here to vote for your favorite star under 25. The top five vote-getting nominees will be announced on Nov. 9, and the winner will be announced at the People's Choice Awards 2011 ceremony on Jan. 5.

Vote for the other PCA categories here, or tweet your vote here.

Robert Pattinson Age: 24

What He's Done: Nothing really, unless you ask his rabid, undying worldwide audience of fans who would walk across hot coals to see him play vampire Edward Cullen in the 'Twilight' saga. Before that, he was known as Cedric Diggory from the 'Harry Potter' franchise. He has also tried his hand at more artsy endeavors, playing Salvador Dali in 2008's 'Little Ashes' and a melancholic lover in 2010's 'Remember Me.'

What's Next: Of course, the final 'Twilight' movies ('Breaking Dawn,' which has been divided into two films) are slated for release in 2011 and 2012. In 2011, he's also set to play a womanizing Parisian in 'Bel Ami,' and a veterinary student who runs away with the circus in 'Water for Elephants.'

Did You Know?: Pattinson fans know everything about him, so this isn't revelatory, but Pattinson is a distant relative of Vlad the Impaler, upon whom Bram Stoker's Dracula character was based.

Kristen Stewart Age: 20

What She's Done: Made a splash at age 12 alongside Jodie Foster in 'Panic Room,' became the envy of many a teenage (and adult) girl by playing Bella in 'The Twilight Saga,' which means she gets PAID to kiss Robert Pattinson. Also played Joan Jett in the rock biopic 'The Runaways.'

What's Next: She's starring in the indie drama 'Welcome to the Rileys' as a troubled stripper (is there any other kind?), as well as the long-awaited adaptation of Jack Kerouac's 'On the Road.' Oh, and she's got two little movies called 'Breaking Dawn' coming out.

Did You Know?: Her parents are both in the film industry. Her mother, a script supervisor, is Australian; her father, a producer and stage manager, is John Stewart. No, not that Jon Stewart.

Taylor Lautner Age: 18

What He's Done: He plays the ab-tastic werewolf Jacob Black in 'The Twilight Saga'; beyond that, Lautner has had roles in 'The Adventures of Sharkboy and Lavagirl 3-D,' as Sharkboy, and 'Valentine's Day,' opposite then-girlfriend Taylor Swift.

What's Next: 'Twilight' fans will get a double dose of Lautner in 'Breaking Dawn' parts 1 and 2, the first of which hits theaters on Nov. 18, 2011. He'll also star in John Singleton's new thriller, 'Abduction,' about a young man whose life is thrown into disarray when he finds his baby photo on a missing persons website.

Did You Know?: In January, Lautner reportedly became the highest-paid teenage actor, with an asking price of $7.5 million.
