So it is time to finally launch the Official T-Shirt Design Contest!
So here is the deal. We need art for one of the tour t-shirts that the band will be selling on the road. We will also carry it in the Monkey Mart.
If you have computer capabilities we would love to receive the file in Illustrator or Photoshop, 300dpi and to scale. If you are just a straight up artist then we need you to design to scale so we can convert your art to something usable. Please design to 13” x 13” and send us a scan at 300dpi.
Please submit artwork to michelle@100monkeysmusic.com by 5/13/11 5PM EST.
Each band member will pick their favorite design and then we will put it to a fan vote.
The 5 Finalists will be announced on 5/17/11 and open fan voting will be begin on 5/17 and end on 5/22/11 5PM EST. The contest winner will get a free t-shirt and a photo of the band wearing the t-shirt.
FYI, the winner will have to sign a waiver releasing any rights to the artwork.
The winner will be announced the week of May 30th.
