Could 100 Monkeys appear On The 'Breaking Dawn' Soundtrack?

It's no secret "The Twilight Saga" has its fair share of double threats. Taylor Lautner is a martial arts machine. Nikki Reed is an aspiring director. And Robert Pattinson has not one, but two songs to his credit on the "Twilight" soundtrack. And soon, co-star Jackson Rathbone may join Robert as the second star to sing a ditty for the franchise.
When we caught up with Jackson, following Sunday's MTV Movie Awards, we asked if his band, 100 Monkeys (who embark on their two-month summer tour on June 28), might make an appearance on the "Breaking Dawn" soundtrack, to which the actor gave a rather hopeful answer.

"It could happen. It could happen," he said. "It's one of those things, you know. We don't push it. But, hey, if we were approached, we wouldn't say no."

And if Jackson's co-star Nikki were to offer her directing skills on a music video, he wouldn't say no to that either. "Nikki and I have talked about [a collaboration] quite a bit," he confirmed. "Now that we're both back in L.A. for a little bit of time, we're going to have time to talk about it and develop the project. Basically, we want to do something more along the lines of a short film as opposed to just that quick modern music video. We want to have something a little more tangible in terms of artistic quality."
Though the exact premise of the video is "still up in the air," Jackson did say that he's pretty sure which song it will be... But he's not telling.
