Judi Shekoni was raised by her mother in Manchester, England. She is an exotic mix of African, Spanish and British descent. At 17 she moved to a hostel in London with dreams of being a performer. Success arrived in the glamorous role of Precious on the UK's No1 TV show Eastenders. And continued as she appeared on every major TV channel in the UK, national Staples such as Casualty, Hollyoaks and Fat Friends.
Her vibrant personality led to hosting jobs including her own show interviewing the likes of Arnold Schwarzenegger and Tom Hanks, even sky diving and shark fishing for the amusement of audiences. Now Judi has guest starred on internationally successful shows including Brothers and Sisters, King of Queens, Navy NCIS, and Damages, she has hit the big screen with Jennifer Love Hewitt in Garfield2 and Hugh Laurie in Maybe Baby amongst many.
Most recently Judi is the sole host of the big budget Primetime Fox TV show ‘ When Women Rule The World.’ Film wise she is staring in the ‘Madtv’ Comedy alongside Will Sasso and Sara Rue.
Away from Performing Judi created the successful company ‘Make It America’ which helps entertainers pursue their dreams in America, and is the published author of two books.
Away from work? Judi loves to travel, having been to Fiji, Kuwait, Australia, Paris and Monaco in the last few months alone, she is dipping her toes slowly into screenwriting with a film and pilot script in the works and continuing her love of fashion and beauty by continuing to shop … In great amounts!!! Her motto for life is don’t follow the path but create your own and leave a trail!
