Breaking Dawn by Stephenie Meyer

The 2012 release will portray the second half of the book, with Bella as a vampire as they raise their newborn hybrid vampire child.

The Hobbit by J.R.R. Tolkien

• What it's about: The prequel to the Lord of the Rings, The Hobbit is the story of Bilbo Baggins's journey — and adventures along the way — through Middle Earth.
• Who's starring: Martin Freeman is playing Bilbo, and several Lord of the Rings cast members, like Elijah Wood, will also appear.

Cosmopolis by Don DeLillo

• What it's about: A wealthy young asset manager spends a day making his way across Manhattan in a limo in pursuit of a haircut.
