Kristen Stewart looked stunning on the Oscars red carpet last night and had Taylor Lautner's arm to help stay solid on her feet when she stepped out to present. As the evening rolled on, however, Kristen had to do what so many other women must have, too: she kicked off her high heels and went barefoot at the Vanity Fair afterparty!
