I actually think it is a screen cap from the trailer because it is not super clear like a still would be. But it is cool to see.
Another new Eclipse photo was released this weekend and it's from the seen where Edward (Robert Pattinson) protects Bella (Kristen Stewart) from Victoria who is out to kill her. Based on the trailer shots, I believe it's the scene right before he knocks the tree down that holds Victoria on one of its branches.
It's a frequently seen pose for Edward's character in all of the Twilight films. It seems he's always protecting Bella from something - even if it's himself. The photo makes you wonder if they get out of the snow storm in the woods alive. For anyone who's read the four books, you already know the answer to that.
