About Face, the first book printed by Pixie Press Worldwide, is a stunning limited-edition art photography book shot by leading celebrity photographer John Russo and contains black and white portraits of some of Hollywood’s most recognizable young male stars.
Russo amazingly captures the raw beauty, spirit, and emotional distinctions of each subject while shooting each of them in the same pose, and utilizing only natural light. About Face was shot using type 55 Polaroid film, now considered obsolete, making this photography book historically significant to collectors.
Pixie Press Worldwide is dedicated to charitable giving through generous donations to non-profits helping women and children in need. A percentage of profits from About Face will be happily donated to the charity Smile Train [an organization providing free surgeries to children with lip and cleft palate deformities].
