Georgie May on Auditioning for Eclipse

Please take with a grain of salt because she mentions fangs and we all know there would not have been fangs during casting since they aren't in the story

DARE TO DREAM

It is a rare occurrence to meet someone who is so young and so talented and so determined to succeed and follow her dreams, but teenager Georgie May is all of those things and already, her dreams appear to be coming true.
A budding model, actress and singer she already has an enviable CV and to top it all off, she is currently on the Costa Blanca doing charity work whilst visiting family and friends.
The Leader first met Georgie a few weeks ago at Debbie’s Breast Cancer Awareness walk where she was using her title as Miss Motor Racing F1 to rally the troupes and support a worthy cause. Since then, her face has been unveiled as Miss May, naturally, in the 2011 Bikini Bash Charity Calendar.
Being asked to feature in the calendar, Georgie jumped at the chance to do more modelling and raise money for local charities. As Miss May she is representing Paul Cunningham Nurses and has taken such an active interest in the project that she decided to find out more and spent a day working in their charity shop in Quesada. “As soon as I was asked to do the charity calendar as a special guest I was immediately interested.
I try to do the most charity work possible...and I personally took it upon myself to visit and find out more about the charity that I was representing. The hard work and care that each and every member of staff put in is amazing and I hope to raise funds for them again in the future.”
It is an honourable deed for someone who appears much older and wiser than her 18 years and her next big challenge is to climb Mount Kilimanjaro for charity, which will be a world away from the modelling and film studios she has recently become familiar with. “I have beauty pageant titles to my name such as Miss Teen England and am currently modelling for Calvin Klein and other designer brand clothing.”
She also narrowly missed out on starring alongside Robert Pattinson in the Twilight Eclipse movie, of which she said, “The casting was hectic...fangs, fake blood, white faces and of course the gorgeous Robert Pattinson.
The part was given to a well known actress but I was privileged to be in the last 3 out of 3000 girls for the part. It was an amazing experience as the contacts I met I still talk to today to help me with my career such as Rob himself.”
But Hollywood could soon be beckoning as Georgie did win a part in the forthcoming Harry Potter movie and appears as a Gryffindor student in Harry Potter 7.
Most would have thought some time out with family here would be much needed, but Georgie is using it as inspiration to write her album, entitled ‘Fluorescent Figures’  which she hopes will be played in clubs such as Pacha and KKO and be available to download on i-tunes.
Oh and not forgetting her regular articles for a fashion magazine funded by Vogue called ‘el Estilo.’ “I write about body confidence and helping young girls and hope to be an inspiration to them showing them that dreams can be fulfilled.
My catch phrase is dare to dream and boy am I living mine.” She sure is, and if anyone can make their dreams come true it is this little lady.
