As discussed in mid-April (see here), rumor has it that the first The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn - Part 1 trailer will be released at the 2011 MTV Movie Awards, and now a few more details on what that first trailer might just contain have been unveiled as well.Sérgio Sá Leitão, President of RioFilme which aided in the Brazilian leg of production for The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn, tweeted (translated):
“I noticed today that the first trailer for Dawn has four spectacular shots filmed in Rio. It will air on MTV Movie Awards.”Sérgio Sá Leitão was the original source which indicated that the trailer would appear at the MTV Movie Awards, although many fans expected the same based on the history of the Twilight Saga films' relationship with that event.
As noted before, this isn't an "official" confirmation of this information, as Leitão is not a direct spokesperson for Summit Entertainment, but it is more credible than most.
The moments filmed in Brazil this past winter included the honeymoon arrival scene with "Bella" (Kristen Stewart) and "Edward" (Robert Pattinson), which was witnessed by many fans on the street and which is previewed in the above still image of the film. Also, there was a boat sequence, filming at Casa em Paratydone in the Caribbean in late April, the last scenes done, as of now at least, by Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson for the Twilight Saga.
