Kellan Goes From "Dumbo" to Immortal

Sure, Kellan Lutz is gorgeous—don't think anybody has ever said otherwise.
So it might come as a shock that, even with his stunnin' six-pack and modelesque mug, the dude has been bullied.
When we caught up with Kell at last week's WWE SummerSlam Party supporting "Be a Star" anti-bullying campaign, we figured it was the perfect time to ask the Twilight hunk if he feels he still gets picked on.

Ya know, by the press and media alike. So what did K.L. have to say?

"No, I mean, you gotta know, it's a business," Kellan told us. "So if paparazzi are going to start dissing you or calling you names, just don't respond. And that's the biggest thing that I've learned."

Well, kudos to you, sir.

Kellan continues, "People are gonna get bored. If they're poking at you verbally or physically and you don't give them a reaction out of it, they're gonna get bored, they really are."

We agree. Plus, the only pics we want to see of him are when he's out walking his adorable doggies. And that requires zero heckling.

But in the past, Kellan says he experienced some serious crapola as a kid.

"I was bullied. I was called Dumbo growing up when I was younger. I had big ears..." Kellan revealed.

Well we're sure those losers are eating their words now when they see the stud up on the big screen. And that's a pretty good feeling, just ask Kellan: "I see them! I go back home and, honestly, I'm not going to be mean, but I get the last laugh."

Especially since Kellan's next role is as a friggin' god! Oh and he has like a gajillion girls fawning all over him because he was in Twilight.

Which raises the question: Did all that vampire fanfare get him into Poseidon's god-like mentality for the upcoming Immortals?

"No, no," Kellan laughed. "I finally get a tan in Immortals, which is really great. But I did bring Emmett into Poseidon's role. We're younger gods. If you're a god, don't you want to be in your prime? Twenties, thirties—not old and gray and having beards longer than your legs."

Hear that, Twi-hards, Emmitt lives on! And we heart Kellan, big ears and all!
