The Supper Club Los Angeles Launches Its Black Card & The Opening Of Trousdale's Private Room
[All photos by Andreas Branch for PMc] The Supper Club Los Angeles hosted a 'Black Tie' first dinner party in the super-secret private back room at nighttime destination of the moment,Trousdale. Among those in attendance were furniture designerAlexander Purcell, interior designer Barclay Butera, actressNathalie Walker, Izabella Miko, and Lady Victoria Hervey. Guests celebrated the launch of the Supper Club's Black Card and the opening of Trousdale's VIP enclave with a meal prepared exclusively for the dinner party by head chef Dana Flores. Not so fast: just because there's an official 'opening' does not mean open to the masses. Something tells me Trousdale's back room will be just as difficult to gain entry to as it was when the club first opened.
It's nice to see the guests, at least most of them, all dressed up (good effort, AJ Lamas) since L.A. is always so casual. The only times I ever see anyone in floor-length dresses and suits (slacks AND jacket) are during awards season and bar mitzvahs. But the guests went the extra mile last night by leaving their burnout shirts, ripped skinny jeans and hoodies at home, and were looking quite sharp.
